With our business, residential, and commercial laundry pickup services, Wolf’s Cleaners is bringing the convenience of dry cleaning right to your doorstep. Whether you’re an on-the-go parent, a professional who wants to look their best, or a business with industrial-sized laundry needs, our pickup and drop off dry cleaning service is here for you. How do I use this service?

  1. Locate our invoices at the drop off / pick-up location at your office.
  2. Fill out the company name, your name, full home address, and phone numbers. (We only need your full address for first time users.)
  3. You may itemize your orders or our staff will do it for you. Please indicate any special attention that your garment(s) may require.
  4. Place your order in the clear plastic bags that are provided for you along with your completed invoice (retain last copy if you wish).

How do I make a payment?

It’s very simple. The first time you use our service, we ask that you fill out the billing information in full at the top of the invoice. This information is put into our customer database and a bill is emailed or sent to your home once a month. Our payment options include personal check, Visa, or MasterCard.

How do your prices compare to your competition?

Using our business drop off pick up service you are already below our retail store prices, which are generally lower than most of our major competition!

What is the drop-off / pick-up schedule?

Depending on the region our new typical drop-off and pick-up schedule is on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you are dropping off cleaning at your location on Tuesday it will be available for pick up on Friday. If you drop an order on Friday it will be available for pick up on Tuesday.

If we need extra time on a garment for re-clean, that piece will automatically be returned the following delivery day. We ask that you allow us one (1) to two (2) weeks for repairs and alterations. This time frame really depends on the difficulty of the repair. For suede/leather garments, area rugs, shoe cobbler services and drapery cleaning please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks.

Does Wolf’s Cleaners accept competitor coupons?

Yes! After the first month, we honor all competitor coupons and we ask that you attach the coupon to your invoice (some exclusions apply). Also, first-time customers will receive a 50% discount on their order. Click here to signup for more valuable coupons.
